Hispanic Technology Executive Council is Hiring a Global Brand Management & Integration (C14/SVP) New York, NY Near New York, NY

The Marketing Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Departments in the critical areas of operational controls, internal & external team communications, and talent & culture.
  • Drives comprehensive operational controls & team process oversight,tracks of key initiatives & investments, along with their progress against key milestones, as well as documents and escalates risks & issues. Involved in developing expertise in core disciplines, of Brand Insights Advertising, Media, Social & Content, Entertainment & Experiential Marketing, and Agency/Partner management.
  • Oversees efficient and compliant execution of key global marketing initiatives.
  • Serves as the key point person and subject matter expert (SME) on areas such as compliance, third party management, risk assessments, and continuity of business, ensuring fully documents and monitors critical processes, working closely to maintain a global consumer marketing regulation & internal requirements inventory; socialize requirements within the team and across partners, identifies efficiency opportunities within existing team processes, including vendor management, business & financial approvals.
  • Lead communications initiatives for the organization which may include assisting with Global Marketing routines across several members of the Marketing Community, coordinating communications and recurring forums and amplify marketing best practice perspective by leading publication of internal & external team newsletters, articles and other media, in partnership with communications & public affairs partners.
  • Must promote thought leadership within the Global Marketing community by coordinating content & best practice exchanges, global partner summits, leadership speaking engagements & panels,manage agenda and execution of town halls and team meeting routines, fostering talent development & positive working culture.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience
  • Financial services experience. Experience in process improvement, compliance/controls and project management.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) Able to successfully navigate and build relationships in matrixed organizations;
  • Demonstrated digital marketing competence across search, display, paid media and measurement.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail, along with high levels of emotional intelligence and partnership skills.
  • A highly resourceful individual with self-motivation, and proven ability to navigate global, matrixed organizations and execute cross-functional initiatives.
  • Candidates with experience in brand level visual identity, global integration, and working across lines of business welcome.
  • Successful candidates will be proactive, enjoy problem-solving and be an agile and engaged team player who feel comfortable working with some ambiguity alongside partners inside and outside of the organization.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
