The Curriculum Success Coordinator will support provide campus leaders with the operational and problem solving technical assistance to ensure easy access to district standardized curriculum. This position will also support leaders with quality information about implementation efforts so they can best their teachers. This individual will support campuses and the Curriculum PD and Curriculum Design teams, providing high-quality customer service and making sure that the educators have the resources and materials they need to deliver the curriculum successfully.
1. Provide campus leaders with operational and problem solving technical assistance to ensure easy digital and print access to district standardized curriculum.
2. Monitor the progress of curriculum implementation through review walks to increase visibility of progress towards strategic objectives, and assess the deployment of the curriculum.
3. Create data collection systems and tools to help provide leaders with quality information about their implementation efforts so they can best support their teachers. Collaborate with the Curriculum PD and Curriculum Design teams to develop a comprehensive support plan for campuses.
4. Analyze data related to curriculum usage, identifying trends and sharing insights with curriculum leaders to inform ongoing adoption strategy.
5. Resolve any issues or challenges related to the deployment of the curriculum print materials, coordinating with internal teams as necessary and providing timely updates to campus leaders.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of all HISD's curriculum offerings and provide expert advice to campuses on resource allocation as needed.
Bachelor’s degree

Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
