Job Type: Permanent Build a brilliant future with Hiscox Role Description: Hiscox is looking for a digital marketer to manage our paid media and SEO channels to reach small business owners across the US. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our performance marketing campaigns to drive new customers for our direct-to-consumer business. You’ll work with our agency partners for execution of our digital channels including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate and SEO, and will leverage data, technology, and customer insights to improve campaign efficacy. This role will sit on our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will be: A digital marketer with hands-on experience in customer acquisition digital campaigns with a track record of driving growth and efficiency Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.). Stays up to date with paid media trends and updates to platforms and can connect the dots on how campaigns will be impacted. An analytical marketer who enjoys data and can use it to spot trends, improve targeting, and optimize campaigns. A champion for our consumers who can incorporate insights from cross-functional teams and best practices to drive a delightful customer experience. A collaborator that can work with multiple teams across the organization to drive business results. What You’ll Do: Help develop and execute strategic digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and others). Execute SEO strategy through collaborating with content and tech teams and keep a pulse on ranking and key KPIs. Manage agency teams and maintain relationships with key vendors. Analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights that inform optimizations. Design A/B testing strategies to identify winning elements and maximize campaign performance. Measure and report channel results clearly, concisely, and effectively. Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, design, content, web, and others) and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals. Maintain a change log. Stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape, actively identifying and recommending new trends and technologies for campaign optimization. Manage day-to-day execution and performance of digital marketing strategy ensuring campaigns are delivering against expected goals. Qualifications: 4-5 years of digital performance marketing experience (agency experience and experience within insurance or financial services a plus). Strong interpersonal skills. Vendor management a plus. Ability to translate media performance to business insights and communicate it to other teams. Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.). Experience with SEO including content development, link-building, and knowledge of technical SEO. Strong analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights and driving effective decision-making. A/B testing experience and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Detail oriented and process driven. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. A passionate problem-solver, resourceful, and adaptable to changing dynamics. Up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
