Currently seeking an Off-Site Property Manager for a total of 2 buildings (64 units) apartment building located in the beautiful city of Santa Monica, which is internationally known for its beaches and Santa Monica Pier. Our complex is within walking distance from the beach, fine dining and shopping areas. Opportunity for advancement. Online and in-person training.

Property Management Associates (PMA), a boutique property management firm located in Culver City, CA, with more than 30 years of managing commercial and residential communities throughout Southern California. Responsibilities Include:

• Rent collections
• Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
• Marketing and leasing vacant units
• Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel
• Service of notices and all aspects of day-to-day management

Job Requirements:

• -2-4 years property management experience required to have resume reviewed
• -Yardi Voyager experience a must
• -Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing
• -Ability to market & lease apartments
• -Energetic, friendly and outgoing
• -Must be familiar with all social media and apartment rental websites
• -Strong sales and closing skills
• -Must be able to work weekends
• A valid Driver License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
• A background and DMV will be conducted as part of our application process.

Compensation-

• $20.00-$22.50 per hour/ 40 hours
