Job Title: Office/Clerical - Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12 months
Work Location: Addison, TX 75001 (Onsite)
Shift Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Job Description

Job Description
- This person will be the the Contract Receptionist. They will greet visitors, answer reception phone, activate guest badges, create name tags and badges for new hires and answer Team Member’s questions.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft office programs and be comfortable using Outlook.
- The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and able to adapt within a changing environment.
- This position requires a high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- This position reports to the Workplace Services Sr. Manager.
- This role will require sitting for 8hrs at the reception desk.
- Must be willing to work 8-5 with 1hour lunch break.
- Candidate will need to know MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
