We are currently seeking a part-time administrative assistant to join our team. As an assistant, you will be responsible for filing, data entry and assisting the Controller with various tasks as needed. This job has the potential to become full-time with the right candidate.

-Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks

-Experience with Microsoft Office Products

-Ability to multi-task

-General office filing and organization

-General tasks as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• Administrative: 5 years (Required)
