Exciting Opportunity in Pflugerville, TX. We are a forward-thinking MSP team seeking a Tier 2 IT Field Technician.

Job Type: Full-time, Eligible for Overtime

Your Mission:

• Core Skill : Over 5 years of experience in IT support
• Deep understanding of Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL, and Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience in networking equipment.
• Proficiency in switches, firewalls, IP routing, network security, VOIP, and OSI model.
• Manage Active Directory servers and group policies with proficiency.
• Set up and configure tech for new users, and assist with network and server enhancements.
• Provide friendly onsite and remote support to our clients.

We Need You If You Have:

• A minimum of 3 years in MSP, with a focus on Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint.
• Strong skills in Windows 7/10/11, MAC OS troubleshooting and installation.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear, effective communication.
• A keen eye for detail and a knack for meeting tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of infrastructure tech like firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Clean background (mandatory check; no criminal records, DUI, misdemeanors).
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
