Key Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services provided.
- Submit accurate and timely claims to various insurance companies.
- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframes.
- Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discounts.
- Resolve discrepancies and handle insurance billing inquiries.
- Prepare, review, and send patient statements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and finance team to optimize billing processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing/coding or accounts payable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance policies, regulations, and billing procedures.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
