Plaintiff's side Employment Law Firm specializing in class actions and FEHA cases seeks highly motivated and skilled Associate attorney. As a Litigation Attorney you will be instrumental in shaping the early stages of cases to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while working with a talented team of attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
· Active and in good standing with the California state bar association.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.
· In-depth knowledge of federal and California employment laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
· Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
· Exceptional research and analytical abilities
· Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
· High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service, maintaining client confidentiality.
