Compensation and Benefits for our Digital Marketing Specialist include:

• A starting base pay between $55,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Specialist role at Hiner Outdoor Living:

• Previous experience in digital marketing, especially managing social media accounts and campaigns including a deep understanding of various social media platforms;
• A demonstrated understanding of SEO best practices and techniques
• Experience and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to: social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools;
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and advertising strategies;
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field is preferred, but not required. Relevant digital marketing certifications are also a plus!

Responsibilities for our Digital Marketing Specialist at Hiner Outdoor Living:

• Developing and executing social media strategies across all platforms to achieve brand awareness and engagement goals, including generating creative and relevant content including but not limited to text, images, videos, infographics, social media posts, blogs, vlogs, email campaigns and other digital channels;
• Creating, curating, and scheduling high quality content that aligns with our brand voice, vision, and objectives including developing and implementing email marketing campaigns, writing compelling email copy, and designing email templates;
• Monitoring social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the online community by fostering meaningful interactions via social media for target audiences and incorporating interactive content and collaborating with relevant influencers and brand advocates as needed;
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, identify areas of improvement, and create reports and presentations to share results and insights with the team and management;
• Ensuring content is optimized for all platforms and adheres to SEO best practices;
• Other duties as assigned.
