Hims & Hers is looking to recruit a Senior Manager to join our finance organization. In this role, you will report to the VP of Marketing Finance and be fully remote-based. As a Senior Manager, you will own and be responsible for the day-to-day core financial planning, strategic finance, budgeting, metrics, systems, decision support, and analysis for category-level revenue, marketing, and unit economics. 

You will:

• Build deep partnerships with Marketing, Product, Accounting, and Finance teams
• Establish measurement frameworks for new and ongoing marketing channels
• Develop a marketing budget and revenue forecast in alignment with company initiatives
• Manage close, forecast, report, and planning models 
• Deliver performance insights on key financial metrics and growth drivers
• Recommend actions to achieve growth, retention, and new product goals
• Work cross-functionally to develop category-specific marketing strategies driving efficient growth
• Manage, mentor, and guide team analysts on various projects
• Model our Finance team values and contribute to learning and development across the team

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
• 10 years of financial analysis experience
• High proficiency with planning and budgeting tools
• Experience with Business intelligence software and data analytics tools (e.g. Looker), NetSuite Planning and Budgeting
• Understanding of unit economics, customer lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost principles a plus

• Excellent modeling and analytical skills
• Highly motivated, curious, agile, collaborative, and growth mindset oriented
• MBA or professional certification a plus

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.

An estimate of the current salary range is $140,000 - $200,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
