Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and uphold the exceptional standards of hospitality that define the Hilton brand. As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring unparalleled guest satisfaction while maximizing revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest-centric service throughout the hotel.
Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of hospitality professionals.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, suppliers, and local community members.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and demonstrated success in driving revenue and profitability.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and best practices.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
