The Des Moines/Urbandale Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join the team. This role would be responsible for seeking new business, negotiating client contracts and taking excellent care of our current clients.
The Hilton Garden Inn is an established brand in Des Moines area with 10,000 of banquet space and many repeat guests and groups. The Sales Manager would work directly with our GM to achieve revenue, forecasted goals and promote the brand. 2 years of sales experience, great communication skills (both verbally and written), and a positive attitude are required for this position. Willingness to be part of the leadership team of the hotel and jump in where needed is also required.
Salary is competitive based on experience. Great benefits available, including health insurance, dental insurance, matched 401K, paid vacation and pay sick time.
