Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Administrative Support- Distribution for our Operations team in Springfield, MO.

We are seeking a professional who would serve in a front-line position, supporting our Distribution Centers administrative and clerical duties. It requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

This role will be responsible for:

• Assist local walk-in customers with placing orders.
• Handling inbound/outbound phone calls e-mail and facsimile documents.
• Assisting with Daily Operations Tasks including audits, report generation, and order analysis, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Computer Skills, including experience with Microsoft 365.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Positive Attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
