**Inventory Control Assistant**

The Inventory Control Assistant s upervises and monitors inventory transactions and processes to ensure inventory accuracy. The Inventory Control Assistant will coordinate requested inventory audits and perform inventory transaction maintenance; as well as supervise cycle counts and replenishment.

**Essential Functions**

* Coordinates daily requests for inventory audits through reconciliation & adjustments in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System (currently Oracle Enterprise 1).

* Researches and resolves inventory transaction discrepancies.

* Monitors negative and B/O reports for inventory transaction problems.

* Coordinates zero location audits to clean out part number / location combinations.

* Maintains a database of count results not performed due to scheduled cycle counts.

* Performs and verifies daily transactions including issues, transfers, and adjustments.

* Maintains a file of Material Transfer Forms.

* Operates forklift and order picker equipment.

* Manages cycle counting and stock replenishment functions to prioritize workloads.

**Education:**

High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, advanced education with a focus on warehouse inventory control a plus.

**Qualifications:**

* Proficient in MS Word and Excel (Required).

* Inventory control: 3 years (Required).

* Proficient in Warehouse Management Software (Preferred).

* Leadership Experience (Preferred)

* Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise 1 (Preferred).

* Knowledge of automated production and inventory control systems

* Ability to operate a forklift, order picker and reach truck (Preferred, training can be provided).

* Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
