REQUIREMENTS

-Employee must have a Florida Driver license with clean record.

-Full time position, looking for ONE candidate that has passion for the Pest Control Industry and wants to make a career with an opportunity to growth. (a must) It is a Pest control technician position.( not a sprayer.)

-Pest Control experience a must! (min 1 year)

-Quick learner and able to work outdoors on the heat spraying lawns.

-High School diploma or college.

-Drug FREE and clean background (we check background)

-Physical stamina, ability to work and stand outdoors for long periods of time, lift/pull 50 lbs.

-Strong communication, written, verbal, analytical and observational skills.

-Good aptitude in basic math (necessary for services consultation and chemicals conversions) customer oriented and work well with others. (a must)

DUTIES

-Perform 10 min vehicle inspection, making sure it is fully stocked/organized and re-stock upon arrival.

-Keep track of site inventory.

-Follow scheduled route and procedures.

-Inspect properties for evidence of pests, assess damage, level of infestation and advice customer treatment options.

-Adjusting chemical mixtures according to size and type of infestation.

-Spray and dispense pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers around structure, indoors, outdoors, lawn and ornamentals.

-Set traps for rodents, place bait and removal after extermination.

-Able to diagnose the pests and advise customer how to avoid further infestation and identify any another pests where different treatment is required.

-Log and manage your jobs using our customer relationship management software.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
