Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or GED
2 years of accounts receivable experience
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and any other software used by the company
Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
Job Responsibilities
• Processes all invoices :
• Manages Accounts Receivable
• Processes all club memberships
• Provides daily labor reports
• Insure all calls are accounted for
• Make sure all club memberships are scheduled for service
• All Club memberships scheduled the next working day.
• Club memberships processed every month
• Computer data entry
• Record customer receipts
• Assist Accounts Receivable Manager on special projects
• File, copy, and organize customer related information
• Answer calls during peek times
Working Conditions
• Typically a 40-hour work week.
• Position does require additional hours when necessary to complete special projects.
