Office Coordinator/ Receptionist

Our organization is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator/ Receptionsit. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Answered and directed phone calls, took messages, and responded to member inquiries via email and phone.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Administrative Support:
Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings and events, including preparing materials, sending confirmation emails, and handling logistics.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
Manage accounts receivable tasks and support the office manager.
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Membership Services:
Schedule committee and team meetings for staff and members.
Contact members and potential members regarding events and registration.
Track member accounts, identifying anniversaries and milestones.
Assist with membership processing and notifications, including sending reminder calls and emails.
Manage new member onboarding processes, including sending out packets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working in membership databases a plus.
Proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative on assigned projects.
Proficient in typing and possess strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
