Confidential is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Lincoln, NE

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Office Team Member for our general dental practice in Lincoln, NE. We have a fast-paced office environment, so any candidate applying for this position must be efficient at multitasking as well as be very organized. Experience in the medical/dental field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Pay range will be dependent on skill set.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Maintain electronic medical records using Dentrix or similar software
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of patient care

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in front desk duties
- Knowledge of medical records management and insurance verification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
