JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

To process accounts payable.

Essential Functions

• Process accounts payable; coding invoices, invoice entry and processing of payments.
• Track employee uniform accounts and other encumbered accounts.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanner, filling cabinets and fax machine.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the, employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Requirements

• Two or more years of accounting experience
• Associates degree in accounting helpful 
• Training or experience in computer applications.
