Essential Job Function

• Assist Manager in coordinating all inbound and outbound scheduling.
• Assign and communicate daily/weekly route selections to all Fleet Drivers.
• Coordinate inter-company equipment movement.
• Address errors to promote customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate specialty shipping arrangements when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Track and follow-up on shipments/pickups to ensure OTIF (On Time in Full).
• Prepare BOL’s and invoices destined for the Accounts Receivables Team.
• Occasional weekend work tracking shipments and needed customer communication.
• Performs other job related duties as required to meet operational needs.
