Hill International is Hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst Near Philadelphia, PA

The position will report directly into the Director of FP&A supporting Hill International globally. The position will be based at Hill's Center City Philadelphia, PA office. The role will be a hybrid of remote and in office work requiring a 50/50 split. The qualified candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and be a quick study. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Needs to be able to interpret data and present results to users of the data. Be able to identify and explain variances. Excellent written and verbal communications. Must be very neat, organized and focused. Feels comfortable interacting with all levels of staff domestically and internationally.

  • Assists in the preparation of the monthly Regional and Corporate forecast files.
  • Create and disseminate monthly Regional and Corporate SG&A cost reports.
  • Assist in the review of the monthly backlog report with Regional Controllers.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budgets and supporting schedules as needed.
  • Maintain schedules that support the monthly financial results.
  • Provides other financial support services/ad hoc financial analyses to the finance organization and other various stakeholders within the company.
  • Monitor work processes for continuous improvement and efficiencies.
  • Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
  • Experience in the construction industry a plus.
  • BA/BS in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration (or related field) required.
  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Deltek Vantagepoint or an ERP system experience a plus.
  • Collecting data and interpreting financial material.
  • Preparing statistical and narrative accounting reports.
  • Familiar with Service-Oriented/Customer-Centric environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000-$90,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants' qualifications, education, and experience.
