The position will report directly into the Director of FP&A supporting Hill International globally. The position will be based at Hill’s Center City Philadelphia, PA office. The role will be a hybrid of remote and in office work requiring a 50/50 split. The qualified candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and be a quick study. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Needs to be able to interpret data and present results to users of the data. Be able to identify and explain variances. Excellent written and verbal communications. Must be very neat, organized and focused. Feels comfortable interacting with all levels of staff domestically and internationally.
