JOB SUMMARY:The Customer Service Representative Lead (CSR) is the face of Highland Rivers Behavioral Health. The CSR greets and directs individuals as they enter the facility. The CSR is knowledgeable in all programs and services provided at the facility. The CSR Lead is responsible for the operation of the front office system.
