```Job Summary```

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

```Duties```

- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Coordinate and manage project resources, tasks, and timelines

- Monitor project progress and track key milestones

- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members

- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution

- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and make necessary adjustments

- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

- Ensure inspections and MOI are completed on time

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction projects

- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools

- Experience with content management systems (CMS)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation

- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
