Responsibilities Include:

Scheduling includes surgeries, working with insurances, collecting and posting payments, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, referral scheduling, prior authorizations, records requests and releases, and other office and clerical duties as needed. This position is expected to work well in stressful situations and display a high degree of efficiency at all times. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Schedule:

Part-time 32 hour per week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
