High Fidelity Properties is a residential property management company with a growing

list of managed properties in Austin and the metro area. The summer is our busy season, so the work gets hands-on, fast-paced, and high stakes. When we cool down in the fall you will be focused on building long-term relationships with our clients and improving processes to make the busy season more efficient.

The Account Manager position encompasses many property manager duties and entails a high level of customer service—communicating with landlords, tenants, and our team to solve the myriad issues that inevitably arise. Grace under pressure and empathy are both necessities, as well as a strong project management skill set and the ability to track many details, multi-task, and prioritize. Must have the ability to take charge/initiative, see the big picture, nurture client and tenant relationships, and make sure the full life cycle of property management is successfully executed. 

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000
  • Paid time off
  • SIMPLE IRA with match after 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Primary customer service contact and liaison with clients and tenants
  • Coordinate closely with company employees to compile information to handle owner/tenant concerns
  • Follow procedures and documentation to enforce and terminate leases, collect rent and deposits, initiate eviction procedures, resolve conflicts and maintain fruitful client and tenant relationships
  • Process rental applications 
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, prepare reports and communicate updates
  • Visit properties, post notices at properties, pick up PO box mail, procure office supplies, etc.
Qualifications

  • Significant customer service experience
  • Exceptional customer relationship-building skills
  • Strong sense of work ownership, with follow-through and follow-up
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
  • Strong curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to display good judgment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and foster healthy client-tenant relationships
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn and use new technology
  • You enjoy working at a desk for several hours straight in a row
  • Provide own computer equipment
  • Active Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Property management experience preferred (not required)

$50,000 - $55,000
