Summary Description
The PR, Social & Content Sr. Account Executive is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have five to six years of full-time experience, can be a coach and player on media relations and has a true passion for writing. They will assist with the development of public relations and content plans and the execution of those campaigns and projects.
Duties/Responsibilities

• Seamlessly support media relations campaigns at any stage of the process, from outlet/reporter identification to material creation and follow-up
• Expand upon media relations strategies and share new ideas to leverage clients in the media
• Ideate and write content in a variety of formats, often in collaboration with an art director or other team members
• Develop influencer marketing strategies and manage day-to-day execution
• Lead the planning and execution of events
• Understand client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
• Demonstrate skill and confidence in interviewing senior subject matter experts, mining for insights that fuel content pieces
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic PR and content marketing plans
• Stay up to date on new touchpoints, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them so the agency can make informed recommendations to clients
• Demonstrate the ability to translate complex subject matter into simple and compelling stories
• Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates

• The successful candidate should possess five to six years of relevant experience
• Writing and content creation must be a passion
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure
• Must be a tenacious problem-solver, driven to restrategize approach if necessary to deliver results
• The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy
• Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills
• Experience in writing for complex subject matter and industries
• This position is a hybrid position. You must be able to be on-site Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday weekly
