Hi-Wire Brewing is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to create a meaningful experience in the taproom! We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule that can fill up for covers, and pick up shifts as needed. Must be able to lift at least 65 pounds. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Pour Hi-Wire Brewing Beer and serve other beverages for bar patrons.
• Interact with customers to complete transactions.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all beverage regulations.
• Sell To-Go beer curbside.
• Must meet all of Hi-Wire’s non-negotiables.
• Must be an ambitious, highly motivated, change tolerant optimistic beer lover who believes in Hi-Wire’s higher purpose.
• Have fun!

Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced bar setting required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Appreciation of good beer!
