We are searching for an eager, friendly, professional administrative assistant to join our team. We are a local business in the real estate industry providing property management. Our company has been operating and growing since 2013 and we are currently located in Aiea.
The ideal candidate will be willing to work part-time with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time schedule, learn and implement processes, team oriented, reliable and able to work efficiently.
Job Duties:
Inventory
Accounts Receivable
Mail handling
Vendor and client onboarding
Correspondence
Basic office procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Time management and organization
Excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred experience and qualifications:

― Google Suite
― Microsoft Office
― Windows
― Typing speeds: 35 WPM 1200 KPH
