Cannabis Market Sales Rep`
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and make a significant impact in the cannabis market.
```Responsibilities```
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
