RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
