Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead a team of roofing sales professionals, setting clear targets and providing guidance to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and expand our client base.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and maximize their potential. You will be required to build your own team.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to formulate effective sales strategies.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective measures as needed to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in roofing sales, with at least [1] year of experience in a managerial role.
