Maintenance Technician

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing and replacing equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Fabricate and install parts as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and train junior technicians when necessary.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative and making sound decisions.

Skills:

- Strong technical skills in areas such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
