Loch Raven Village Apartments is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Towson, MD
We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech who will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Must be motivated & available to work “On Call”.
The successful candidate must be experienced with service and repair in the following areas:
- Electrical
- Appliance
- HVAC
- Drywall
- Plumbing
- Painting
Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential. This position provides excellent salary and benefits package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
