The Maintenance Manager is required to have the skills to repair and troubleshoot all systems, including HVAC systems using Johnson and Trane Trace Summit computer controls. The role involves heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), material movement, and snow removal. The candidate must be able to climb ladders, clean gutters, and operate machinery for maintaining parish grounds and facilities. Electrical, painting, and custodial tasks are also part of the duties. Maintenance of push mowers and tractor equipment for mowing and snow removal is expected. Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with the campus community through effective communication is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
