Duties to include:
- Creating an Amazing Guest Experience
- Forecast Goals & Objectives for Department
- Prepare & Administer an Annual Operating Budget
- Monitor & Control Performance of Team
- Compliance Management
- Maintain 100% Customer Satisfaction
- Facilitate/ Conduct Training
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Excellent customer service skills
- At least 2 years as a Service Manager or 5 years as a Service Advisor.
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- Weekend Availability
Salary:
- From $100,000.00 per year
