The Sales Account Manager is responsible for development and achievement of the Chemical Products at Accounts short and medium term budget, servicing existing accounts, developing new customers and markets, and reporting monthly sales performance to management.
For Open Minds. We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:
PM Experience.
Knows Chemical PM industry.
Knows PM applications.
Has Technical background
5-10 years of PM experience.
Comfortable with travel
Works independently.
Here are just a few of the things you will get to do:
Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the sales and marketing budget for all Chemical Products business segments.
Maintain close contact to key personnel at existing and potential new customers. This may involve heavy travel within the United States and International.
Evaluate market and industry trends, technology trends and competitive environment in relationship to the company’s strategy.
Work with the appropriate Customer Service personnel for each specific client, providing all information necessary for the Customer Service personnel to be able to keep their records on the client up to date.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing personnel from other plants within the Chemical Products sales Team to implement approved worldwide strategies and take care of global customers.
Routine phone contact and personal visits to qualify and establish new clients. Participate in new account development and take over additional accounts management tasks. Actively go after competitors’’ existing accounts.
