The Administrative Assistant assists the Office Manager as the daily voice of the company. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.
Responsibilities
? Respond to incoming leads immediately.
? Start the flow of the process by calling leads, answering the phone, and getting the leads into the hands of the Project Consultants based on rotation and location
? Check and respond to customer inquiries
? Assist Office Manager in track the sales of the consultants
? Assist Tracking and compare the companys progress towards the goals set
? Keep notes for the company meetings
? Notify customers if there is a delay on their project
? Register and submit Warranties
? Create presentation packets as needed
? Maintain file upkeep and fill out each completely when adding jobs/contacts
? Scan receipts, invoices and any additional documents or photos into files
? Send review requests
Qualifications
? Proficient with computers
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficient in Microsoft office
? Fast learner
? Ability to multitask
Starting pay: $17.00
Hours: 35-40 hours/week
