Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative supports all projects in the Customer Service department, handles overflow of calls in the queue and provides support in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
Route callers to appropriate internal departments when required.
Resolve problems within bounds of authority or request assistance from other team members or supervisor as necessary.
Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets.
