Job Description:

Helping Hands PRP Inc is a leading provider of mental health treatment services, dedicated to offering high-quality care to individuals in underserved communities. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Director Clinicians to join our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Baltimore, MD. Our OMHC offers a range of mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and counseling.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and prepare assessment reports

- Develop and implement treatment plans for counseling services

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions

- Collaborate with community agencies and professionals for coordinated care

- Evaluate patients for other programs if necessary and make timely referrals

- Maintain accurate patient care records and progress notes

- Participate in regular weekly supervision if provisionally licensed

- Accrue continuing education hours to enhance clinical skills

- Uphold ethical and professional standards with cultural competence

- Attend necessary trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in counseling or human service-related field

- Maryland license (LGMFT, LMSW-C) in psychology, social work, or counseling

- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing treatment to children, young adults, adults and families an working in a Baltimore MD OMHC.

- Ability to work independently
