Heights Eyecare is seeking a friendly, reliable team member to join our busy 6 doctor practice as a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a great job for a caring and qualified individual who would like to make a positive difference in people’s lives by helping with their most valued sense, sight!

What you will do:
• Answering, screening and forwarding all incoming telephone calls
• Schedule appointments according to needs of patients
• Updating/ Inputting/ Verifying Insurance
• Directs patients to appropriate areas while maintaining all team member and departmental guidelines
• Maintains safe and clean Reception Area by complying with all policies and procedures
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing as needed
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

We are willing to train, and the starting compensation will all depend upon the amount of training required and what level of expertise, but even an inexperienced Front Desk Receptionist who can learn skills quickly, shows us commitment and can work hard, has the ability to earn more.
