Duties
Develop and deliver internal training courses and programs that target new hire orientation and supportive trainings for those employees 0-6 months into their Heartland career.
Assist, develop and facilitate training programs that support Advanced Training team projects, product training, sales processes, techniques and effectiveness, consultative selling skills, presentation skills, and phone selling skills.
Apply foundational knowledge of the Sales Function to design curriculum and content such as : tests, visual aids, etc).
Select appropriate delivery mechanisms (i.e., classroom, webcast, e-learning, field training, etc).
Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training effectiveness.
Report and track new hires within the sales training program, and help to keep them accountable in completing training requirements.
Coach and mentor Inside Sales Representatives through sales scenarios and role plays to deepen learning transfer and application.
Train on a wide array of payments processing, POS, financial products, and Heartland’s sales enablement tools.
