POSITION SUMMARY: Provide service to all employees by compiling and maintaining human resources records and documentation related to compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll. Acts as a resource to all employees by providing information and answers to HR-related questions. This is an entry level HR role that works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision, has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or work experience. The person will conduct all the hourly hiring for the site. Essential Functions Assist with employee relations issues in all aspects of HRGeneral HR administrative support and systems management. Working in Dayforce, WFM, Verified First, I9 system and other systems as needed.While working through WFM, hiring all hourly employees, conducting background checks, ensure the I9 and e-verify is complete and correct. Conduct new employee orientations as neededFacilitation new hire benefit training and annual open enrollmentConduct and run employee morale events, HR Communication station, Great Job award daysCoordinate with any managers or supervisors when dealing with employee complaints. Ensure there is a resolution that follows the policies and procedures of the companyAccountable for accurate data entry, understanding current HRIS processes, and partnering with business leaders to ensure data integrityPartners with leaders to assist employees on HR topics including but not limited to explanation of benefits, payroll issues, workers compensation, STD, unemployment, and other HR informationAssists with company-wide processes such as annual enrollment, performance management, biometric testing, etc.Coordinates, documents, and maintains internal job transfers, seniority lists, and associated dataMaintain current, accurate and confidential personnel records for hourly and salaried employeesProtects employee data and handles all information with integrity and confidentialityProvide employees and leaders with accurate and timely informationWorks on miscellaneous HR projects EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business preferred1-2 years of related HR experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESAble to maintain confidentiality Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMicrosoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook and ExcelAble to build trust and maintain relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong attention to detailGood judgment Ability to work individually and as a part of a teamWillingness to manage and maintain multiple responsibilitiesAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situationsStrong interpersonal skillsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities.
