Heart To Beat LLC is first responder owned Safety Training, Consulting & Equipment company located in Owings Mills, MD. Their experienced team of practitioners provide a wide range of lifesaving training from basic CPR/AED/First Aid courses to Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Active Shooter and Workplace Violence Training. Heart To Beat offers training seven days a week across the United States. In addition to lifesaving training, Heart To Beat also implements AED (defibrillator), First Aid and Bleeding Control programs to meet state and ADA requirements and provides all required maintenance services. Heart To Beat’s team is comprised of instructors, technicians, law enforcement experts and an emergency physician providing safety services across the U.S. seven days a week.

Heart To Beat is in search of an Operations Manager with a “one step ahead” mentality. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable conducting trainings for clients and can juggle key operational functions within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct in person training for clients

· Coordinate and organize people and crews

· Client outreach via phone and email

· Schedule trainings and client renewals

· Light HR responsibilities including payroll, interviewing, new hire paperwork, onboarding, employee benefits

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of strong administrative/operations experience

· Working knowledge of Excel

· Payroll experience a strong plus

· High level of organization and attention to detail

· Client services experience a strong plus

· Some management experience preferred

· Must be willing to be on-site 5 days per week and conduct trainings (on site at the client) as needed

· Ability to prioritize and pivot as needed based on client or business needs

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
