Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative activities, managing office operations, and supervising various departments within the organization.
Program Supervisor
The Supervisor must have a Bachelors-level degree in a human services field of study and 2 years of experience in the developmental disabilities service delivery system or Associates -level degree in a human services field of study and 3 years of experience in the developmental disabilities service delivery system.
Duty Statement: The supervisor’s responsibilities include but not limited to the following: -
- Conducting the initial assessment of the Consumer and Family for service delivery
-Preparing the Individual’s Service Plan based on assessment conducted
- Supervising the direct Support Staff working with the individuals served
- Administering a quarterly performance evaluation survey on consumer and family.
-Preparing quarterly reports to track service delivery outcomes and alignment with Individuals Service Plan
-Writing quarterly report to Director on the quarterly performance, including any remedial actions where necessary.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in team management and supervising staff
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices is a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to plan and execute events effectively
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments and meetings
- Experience in vendor management for office supplies and services
- Proficient in general office operations including front desk duties
