Duties

Researching and presenting to Consumer/ individual and family generic resources to support there needs and Coordinating same to ensure their resources are successfully accessed and effective to suit their needs. Example below but not limited

- SSI Application

-Health Insurance Registration

-IHSS Application

-Cal-Fresh Application

-Generic Transportation Resources

-Research Medical Diagnosis

-Coordinating all services received by individual and family

Skills:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience with team management or supervision is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office management is preferred but not required

-Bilingual candidate needed.

Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour
