Heart City Health is seeking a full-time IT Helpdesk Technician. The ideal candidate is results driven who will assist employees with fixing IT issues and maintaining technical solutions. This position is responsible for the operational support related to the department.
You will be working directly with staff and management to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information technology through establishing/maintaining working relationships between coworkers in all departments involved in projects. This position requires the ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision and with interruptions throughout the day.
