Position Summary: 

This position will work in a cross functional role supporting all parts of the organization including sales, finance, product, and IT. Ultimately the Financial Analyst is responsible for achieving and maintaining consistent royalty reporting from our Value-Added Resellers, audit our entire VAR customer base, develop meaningful trend reports for all customers inclusive of all fees. 

Primary Duties and Accountabilities:

• Collect end user & royalty reports from MOTOR’s customer base, VARS (Valued Added Resellers).
• Verify/Analyze data received and compute royalty fee based on contract data.
• Automate the computation of reported royalties in Salesforce.
• Verify MOTOR’s DaaS usage reports against customers reporting, analyzing and determining any differences.
• Develop trend reports for all customers and VARs looking for growth from certain market and product types. 
• Maintain as the system of record, all quarterly reporting for our licensors and licensees.
• Establishes and maintains productive, professional relationships with key customers (both internal and external). 
• Aid in the managing of client contracts, contract renewals, and price increases. 

Our Ideal Candidate: 

Required:

• 3 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, & Access.
• Salesforce knowledge.

Preferred:

• Proficient in all MS-Office applications.
• Experience in multiple financial roles.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer support in terms of financial reporting. 
• Automotive knowledge a plus but not mandatory. 
• Must be a strong leader and teammate. Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects. 
• Must have excellent presentation skills and communication skills (written, oral, internal, and client-facing). 
• Bachelors ‘degree required
