Job Description
- Lead the preparation of internal and external financial reports, bank statements, and executive leadership presentations.
- Work closely with business controllers to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Stay updated on accounting pronouncements (U.S. GAAP) and their impact on global business transactions.
- Conduct technical accounting research, document findings, and implement solutions.
- Develop corporate accounting policies and procedures and train colleagues on updates.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) for monthly financial closing processes and monitor performance.
- Develop tools to facilitate financial statement analytical review procedures.
- Assist external auditors during the annual audit.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and reporting efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 3 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Public accounting experience required.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical and technical accounting abilities.
- Experience with Plex, OneStream, WDesk, and LeaseQuery systems beneficial.
